Lightly fried shrimp

ingredients:
take one pound of fresh shrimp peel them rinse in cool water, dip them in complete pancake batter ,heat up a light cooking oil. bring temp up to frying temp.fry until gollden brown drain on paper towel.now we make our own dip.mix mayonaise and catsupadd a d ash of salt & pepperstir and serve. its very light annd not greasy at all

cooking instructions:
deep fry until golden brown
