Frankfurter Stew

ingredients:
1 package frankfurters, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 - 28 ounce can tomatoes
2-3 large potatoes, cut in chunks
16 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
cooking instructions:
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon Canola oil until translucent. Add potatoes and tomatoes. Simmer in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes. Add the frozen vegetables and sliced franks and simmer another 15-20 minutes.
