Matthews – Parker

Mr. and Mrs. James Ervin Matthews of Florence announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin Leigh Matthews, to James Ray Parker Jr., son of James Ray Parker Sr. and the late Nancy Wrenn Parker of Scranton.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Garland Steele of Scranton and Mrs. Lee McIver Matthews and the late Mr. Matthews of Lake City. She is a graduate of Charleston Southern University and is employed by the South Carolina Early Autism Project.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Stoney Allen Wrenn of Scranton and Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Ray Parker of Lake City. He is a graduate of Emmanuel College and is employed by Wrenn Electric.
The wedding will be April 25, 2009, at New Zion Baptist Church in Lake City.
