Students from St. Anthony School celebrated Catholic Schools Week from Jan. 29 to Feb. 3 by collecting food, praying for world peace and reading.
The festivity is held annually in observance of the educational principles of Catholic schools.
The students collected food and toiletries for donation to Lighthouse Ministries during the celebration as well as holding an annual book fair. Collaborating with other Catholic schools, the students recited a rosary dedicated to world peace and, to get parents involved, the school hosted a Breakfast for Lunch event. On Pajama Day, there was a school talent show to end the festivities.
