One man was killed and a second wounded in an early Sunday morning shooting in a bar on Highway 9 in Gresham.
Marion County Coroner Jerry Richardson identified the victim as Frankie Robinson, 21, Marion. An autopsy concluded he died of a single gunshot wound to his right chest, Richardson said. Robinson was dead on arrival at Marion County Medical Center.
Deputies were dispatched to a report of shorts fired at Sweet Daddy's Sugar Shack Night Club, according to a release issued by Marion County Sheriff Mark Richardson.
The wounded man was taken to an area regional medical center for treatment of a gunshot wound to the leg, according to the release.
"This case is under investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available. Names are not being released until family can be notified," according to the release.
