The Florence-based Founders Coalition will conduct another issues forum Tuesday at the Drs. Bruce & Lee Foundation Library, 509 S. Dargan St., Florence.
Tuesday’s forum will focus on the clash between majority rules and minority rights and will feature Florence City Councilwoman Octavia Williams-Blake and Councilman Steve Powers. They were on opposite ends of the recent smoking ban ordinance debate in Florence.
The free forum will start at 6 p.m. and last 90 minutes.
