The fun lasted all summer long as the Sun Fun Festival Celebration of Summer, sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, provided numerous free, family-friendly events, concerts and entertainment to tens of thousands of locals and visitors.

A total of 43 teams competed in the “Anything Goes” competition, the official Kansas City Barbeque Society Open Invitational and the Kansas City Barbeque Society Cook-off.

The KCBS Cook-off, in its second year at the Beach, Boogie and Barbeque Festival, helped attract competitors from throughout the United States.
