AYNOR - Detectives with the Horry County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Section are investigating a case involving a missing person in the Aynor section of Horry County.
According to a press release, Susan Kay DeLuca, 45 of Aynor was reported to be traveling to Maryland to visit her family on April 15.
Approximately two weeks later on April 29, 2010, her family had reported her missing. Detectives initiated an investigation once law enforcement learned that she never made it to Maryland.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Susan may have been seen in Marion County near Sparky’s Fireworks on Hwy. 501.
She is believed to be operating her silver in color Dodge Stratus with a license plate of South Carolina AIL 991.
