DARLINGTON - The Darlington County School District’s Teacher Forum Teacher Feature winners for March have been announced. The program recognizes one teacher from each school to honor excellence in education.
Teacher Feature is coordinated by the district’s Teacher Forum, which is comprised of each school’s Teacher of the Year. The purpose of the Teacher Forum is to foster professional growth and teacher leadership.
The Teacher Feature program is sponsored by Prudential Segars Realty. Honorees receive free meals at local restaurants and recognition in their schools.
Honorees for March are Ashley Rogers, Brockington Elementary Magnet School; Cynthia Boulware, Brunson-Dargan Elementary; Faith Ezekiel, Cain Elementary; Cheryl Porter, Carolina Elementary; Kathy Goudelock, Darlington County Institute of Technology; Jonathan Richardson, Darlington County Intervention School; Davis Karousis, Darlington High; JoAnne Benson, Darlington Middle; Mollie Soto, Hartsville High; Lara Grantham, Hartsville Middle; Tina McElveen, Lamar Elementary; Nancy Fletcher, Lamar High; Jay Flowers, Mayo High School for Math, Science & Technology; Kasey Cannon, North Hartsville Elementary; Stephanie Henderson, Pate Elementary; Tracie Bean, Rosenwald Elementary/Middle; Harriet Ward, Southside Early Childhood Center; Bobbi Grant, Spaulding Elementary; Chip Ellerbe, Spaulding Middle; Sharon Byram, St. John’s Elementary; Evie Miller, Thornwell School for the Arts; Veronica Jamison, Washington Street Elementary; and Eric Brown, West Hartsville Elementary School.
