Two Loris women die in Longs car crash

LONGS - The South Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a fatal car crash that killed two women in Longs at about 5 p.m. Saturday, authorities said. The crash happened on Red Bluff Road between Highway 90 and Highway 905, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Horry County Coroner Robert Edge said 78 year old Ealer Mae Butler Watson and 20 year old Jaquienta Tashara Brown, both from Loris, died on the scene with internal injuries.

There were no other passengers in either one of the vehicles, Edge said.
