PAMPLICO – A Pamplico man was found dead in his home following an early Sunday morning fire.
The body of Raymon Scott Self has been sent to the Medical University of South Carolina for an autopsy, Florence County Coroner MG “Bubba” Matthews said.
The autopsy will determine if the fire was the cause of death, he said.
Pamplico Fire Department responded to the fire at 718 East Main Street, Pamplico, about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday Matthews said.
