LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Governments have mixed priorities with drug policies

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The government, state and Washington, D.C., are really baffling.

They tell lies to get what they want and when they want it. They have hounded the cigarette companies to death. They really love spending the money on what ever.

Now they are letting insurance companies charge people if they smoke. I think their priorities stink.

They don’t want kids to die from alcohol poison but beer companies still advertise at sporting events.

They don’t want people to do mind-altering drugs but some states are thinking or do let them smoke pot and doctors write prescriptions for pain killers to addicts and people are still driving drunk and killing people, but the people who smoke legal cigarettes better watch out they are after them with both barrels.
