CAROLINA FOREST -- A teacher at Carolina Forest high school got a big surprise Tuesday morning, Aundrea Rue got a vist from the South Carolina department of Education. Rue won a mini-grant valued at $4,000 for participating in an Anatomy in Clay workshop.
The teacher applied fot the grant that provides health and science teachers with a new curriculum kit to teach anatomy.
The grant handed out this morning is In collaboration with the SC Hospital Association (SCHA) and through the Career Cluster Partnership Grant provided by the SC General Assembly, the SC State Department of Education’s Office of Career and Technology Education.
