The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened near Loris Friday morning.
According to L/Cpl Sonny Collins, the crash happened around 12:45 a.m. on Heritage Road, near Cherry Hill Road.
Collins said the driver of a 1992 Chevy pickup ran off the road and overturned.
Horry County Coroner Robert Edge identified the victim as Jonathan James Tryka, 26, of Conway.
Collins said Tryka was not wearing a seatbelt.
