Myrtle Beach police say a group of men robbed two men at gunpoint at a motel in June, and now officers are trying to track down one of the men they say is responsible.
According to an incident report, on June 13, a group of six or seven men entered a motel room at the Happy Holiday Motel at 507 North Ocean Boulevard.
The reports states the group then robbed the two men inside the room at gunpoint, and kidnapped one of the men, and took him to a unknown location. There is no word on what happened to that victim, where the suspects took him, or how he managed to escape.
A call to a Myrtle Beach police detective was not returned as of Wednesday morning.
Police secured the area around the scene, and interviewed witnesses and the motel management about the incident.
Wednesday, more than three months after the crime took place, police released a "wanted" poster, asking for the public's help to find 18-year-old Lorenzo Juquel Herion, who police say is wanted on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, carjacking, and first degree burglary.
The poster said Herion should be considered armed and dangerous.
