A single car accident resulted in a fatality in Horry County Saturday night.
Horry County deputy coroner Tony Hendrick identifies the victim as Roi Kenneth Jenkins, 30.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said a 2003 Honda Civic, crashed while heading west on Mt. Olive Church Road between highway 917 and highway 9 around 11 p.m.
Jenkins was west bound when his car ran off the left shoulder of the road. Jenkins then over-corrected, causing the car to crash into a tree on the right side of the roadway where he died on scene.
