A Lake City man charged with operating a business without a license also faces charges related to drugs, alcohol and a firearm, Lake City Police Chief Billy Brown said.
Hort Brown, 59, of 123 Bluff Road, Lake City is charged with trafficking cocaine, unlawful carrying of a pistol and unlawful selling of alcohol and beer, Brown said.
Brown said Lake City police received a call that Brown was selling liquor at his home. Police conducted surveillance of the house and saw a person in the yard with a pistol and crack cocaine, Brown said.
