The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash outside Aynor Wednesday evening.
According to L/Cpl Sonny Collins, the incident happened around 11:10 p.m. on Edwards Rd and Truluck Rd.
Collins said the driver of the vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree.
The Horry County Coroner's office is trying to locate next of kin.
