John Spratt and Jim Clyburn are the only U.S. Congressmen from the state of South Carolina who have not signed the petition for a vote on HR 554. This resolution mandates that legislation be available for public review for 72 hours before a vote. The failure of our representatives to sign this petition is indefensible!
