Reference Atlantic Beach Mayor, I believe in second chances. I even believe in three strikes and you’re out. But four run-ins with the law in 18 months, for a mayor that is ridiculous. Is everyone afraid of her or what? She always uses the race-card. Is that what the decision makers are afraid of. My God, if that were the average citizen she/he would already be doing time.
