One of the three people charged in connection with a car accident that killed Horry County teenager Erica Wilson in August 2005 was found not guilty Tuesday.

27-year old Sarah Baker of Murrells Inlet was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A jury deliberated for about an hour before reaching the unanimous decision.

State law enforcement agents charged 24-year-old Brantley Saunders with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police said Saunders allowed the teenage girls to use a narcotic.

Police also charged 28-year-old Susan Tylutke with providing alcohol to a minor.

The teenage driver of that car Margaret Freeman had a blood-alcohol level far below the legal limit.

She pleaded guilty to reckless homicide.
