Coastal Uncorked, the Myrtle Beach area’s premier food and wine festival is celebrating its inaugural season in the spring of 2010, according to a news release from The Brandon Agency.
Monday, the agency announced the event is scheduled for May 16-23, 2010. All proceeds raised from the food and wine festival will be donated to the Horry Georgetown Technical College Culinary School and the Clay Brittain Hospitality Program at Coastal Carolina University, and to market upcoming Coastal Uncorked events.
According to the release, the event lineup includes Restaurant Week, Wine Around Myrtle Beach, Outdoor Entertainment, Coastal Uncorked Golf Tournament, Coastal Uncorked Food Fight Chef Competition and Gala.
