Police locate baby taken from Charleston-area post office

A one-month-old baby boy, taken out of a vehicle at a North Charleston post office Tuesday morning, is safe at home with his parents now.
The Post and Courier newspaper reports police, acting on a tip, located Angel Perez at a home in Summerville.
According to the paper, police arrested a 19-year-old woman and charged her with kidnapping.
Police said officers will release more information on Wednesday morning.
