The North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson stores partnered with the local chapter of Old Coots on Scoots to support Goodwill's Golden Angel Tree program.

The program helps local senior citizens by helping them purchase items they need but may have trouble affording, especially in the winter.

The bikers collected the goods for the seniors, then they rode from the Harley-Davidson store in North Myrtle Beach to Chick-Fil-A in Surfside.

"Senior citizens are forgotten. A lot of people don't have family members. They can't take care of themselves and they're lucky enough to have maybe a church member or a neighbor that recognizes this and they can get some support from someone," said Melonie Hinson, event coordinator at Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson

If you missed the rally, you can still contribute.

Donations of canned soup, blankets, towels, socks, and toiletry items are being collected at Harley-Davidson stores.
