Marion County law enforcement makes arrests: Published Nov. 18

The following arrest reports are provided by the various Marion County law enforcement agencies. Motorists are reminded that Sheriff's Deputies and the City of Marion Police Officers will be conducting random safety checks in their various jurisdictions through December.

City of Marion

On Nov. 16, officers arrested Seirra Shawnta Pee, 20, of Marion for no S.C. driver’s license.
On Nov. 16, officers arrested Ashanta Lena Floyd, 19, of Marion for simple possession of marijuana.
On Nov. 15, officers arrested Demetric A. Paige, 34, of Marion for drug/narcotic violations.
On Nov. 15, officers arrested Felix Fisher, 37, of Marion for no S.C. driver license and proof of insurance.
On Nov. 15, officers arrested Derrell Devon Gerald, 22, of Marion for driving under suspension.
On Nov. 14, officers arrested Devina C. Maxwell, 23, of Gresham for disorderly conduct.
On Nov. 14, officers arrested Arille Shanece Jones, 24, of Marion for shoplifting.
On Nov. 14, officers arrested Preston Dorsey, 52, of Marion for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Dale Sabrina Brown, 43, of criminal domestic violence.
On Nov. 10, officers arrested Terry Renae Winston, 45, of Mullins for shoplifting.
On Nov. 9, officers arrested James Christopher Grice, 32, of Marion for possession of cocaine base and giving false information to a police officer.

City of Mullins

On Nov. 10, officers arrested Petrez Kelly, 19, of Mullins for breach of peace.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Jermaine Davis, 24, of Mullins for burglary, malicious damage to property, tampering with an electric meter base and conspiracy to commit a felony.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Peoria Hope, 17, of Mullins for shoplifting.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Frankie Robinson, 45, of Mullins for public disorderly conduct and public drunk.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Lenora Dorsey, 39, of Mullins for disturbing schools and simple assault.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested a juvenile, 14, of Mullins for harassment.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Summer Nicole Gause, 21, of Fair Bluff, NC for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
On Nov. 11, officers arrested Michael Andrew Legette, 34, of Mullins for criminal domestic violence and false information to police officers.

On Nov. 12, officers arrested Faith Hardnett, 24, of Mullins for child neglect.
On Nov. 12, officers arrested Harry Lee Hill, age unknown, of Mullins on a Horry County bench warrant for failure to appear in general sessions court.
On Nov. 12, officers arrested Cynthia Legette, 48, of Marion for public drunk, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
On Nov. 12, officers arrested Larry Jordan, 44, of Myrtle Beach for public disorderly conduct.
On Nov. 12, officers arrested Travis McLaughlin, 36, of Mullins for public drunk.
On Nov. 13, officers arrested Keith Moody, 36, of Mullins for public disorderly conduct.
On Nov. 13, officers arrested Ronnie Legette, 55, of Mullins for disobeying a police officer.
On Nov. 5, officers arrested Jamal Smith, 27, of Mullins for possession of a stolen vehicle tag, driving under suspension more than third offense, operating an uninsured vehicle, expired vehicle tag, operating a tag registered to another vehicle, no vehicle registration in possession.

Town of Nichols

On Nov. 5, officers arrested Lawrence William Stullenbarger, 67, for open container.
On Nov. 4, officers arrested Oliva Enil Joel Carballo, 31, of Columbia for no driver’s license.
On Nov. 6, officers arrested Justin Wayne Smith, 22, of Lumberton, N.C. for open container.
On Nov. 13, officers arrested Raul Pedro Venancio, 24, of Radford, N.C. for no driver’s license.
On Nov. 13, officers arrested Ethnee Caroline Osborne, 31, of Mooresville, N.C. for no driver’s license.
