Yard sale fundraiser
A Choice 2 M8K Crisis Pregnancy Care Center yard sale fundraiser will be held today from 6 to 11 a.m.

The yard sale will be held at Palmetto Street Church of God, located at 3132 W. Palmetto St. Funds raised go to A Choice 2 M8K Crisis Pregnancy Care Center, a free and confidential pregnancy testing and counseling center. Visit http://achoice2m8k.com/.

Society Hill Catfish Festival
Today with events beginning at 8 a.m. There will be a 5K run/walk, car, truck and motorcycle show, parade and a full day of entertainment, arts and crafts, games, amusements and food on the grounds of the Old St. David’s School in Society Hill. Call (843) 378-4681.

Florence Cub Scouts flag retirement ceremony
Cub Scout Pack 476 of Florence is holding a Flag Retirement ceremony today at 9 a.m. at the National Guard Armory. Flags and monetary donations can be dropped off at the Guard Shack of ESAB Welding and Cutting on Ebenezer Road in Florence. Checks can be made payable to Pack 476.

Kim Langston Benefit Poker Run
