Turkey Trot
Before you sit down with your friends and family to a sumptuous table brimming with vast quantities of proteins, carbohydrates, sugar and a moderate amount of fiber, join the YMCA for the 18th Annual Turkey Trot 5K road race on Nov. 26. The course is moderately challenging, much like britches buttoning on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Sign up at the front desk or at www.strictlyrunning.com. You’ll feel better if you do!
