Why is it legal to open burn and pollute the air we breathe outside?
My husband and I moved to Florence October 1994. I am asthmatic and since we moved here I have been extremely ill and many times life threatened from people who do not think and open burn outside.
Whether it is leaves or brush or big tree limbs or even trash burning, it causes my lungs to be under extreme stress to the point of an asthma attack which at times was life threatening and made me seriously ill for days.
