Please investigate why prisoners are not allowed to visit a loved one who is critically ill in the hospital and their dying wish is to see that prisoner before they die. Example: A father who is dying asking to see his son who is incarcerated before they die. Not every prisoner is violent. They should not be denied a chance to visit a loved one who is in the hospital dying.
