Three Myrtle Beach people were charged in connection with a burglary scheme.

According to a press release, Lindsey Michelle Jones, 23, Jimmy Allen Jones, 47, and Mark Anthony Jones, 43, all of Myrtle Beach were charged with 2 counts of burglary stemming from an incident on Nov. 5.

A male victim told police he was on his way to meet a girl he met on a website at Coastal Grand Mall.

He was speaking with her on the phone while on the way to meet her, and got a bad feeling when she asked him what his exact address was.

He then went home to find two males in his house loading things into their vehicle.

The suspects fled, but were apprehended by the Horry County Police Department a short time later.

Detectives with the Horry County Police Department’s Property Crimes Section were able to link the suspects to another burglary that occurred in the same fashion on Palmetto Glen Dr.

In both cases, the suspects were targeting elderly males.
