Horry County Police continue to investigate an armed robbery that happened Saturday on Socastee Blvd.
According to a press release, officers responded to Nueva Era Store, 4977 Socastee Blvd. around 8:30 p.m. in reference to an armed robbery.
Witnesses told police a Hispanic male entered the store with a pistol, and demanded money from the people inside.
The suspect took three wallets from victims on scene, along with money from the register.
The suspect then fled on foot.
The suspect is further described as approximately 5ft. 8in. tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds.
At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a camouflage shirt and pants with a green long sleeve undershirt.
