Baine Stone and Hope Hanna, the Harvest King and Queen, pose with the other top fundraisers at the annual Halloween Festival at Johnsonville Elementary last week. Altogether, students from the school raised of $6,000 for their school. The funds will go towards school supplies, which staff says will prove helpful during a time where budgets have been squeezed tight. Nancy Owens, office assistant at the school, organized the event, which featured games for the students complete with prizes and a silent auction for the adults. Gift baskets with goodies were donated from various business and members of the community. Other students who contributed to the funds raised were:
