Reward offered in Dillon Radio Shack break-in case

Police are looking for the two suspects thought to be responsible for throwing a brick through the window of a local business, then stealing several items, Dillon Police Sgt. James Hayes said.

A $500 reward is being offered to information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

The incident happened about 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Radio Shack on U.S. 301 in Dillon, according to a police incident report.

Police arrived and found a window shattered by a brick which had been thrown into the business. More than $5,000 in electronics was taken from the business, according to the report.

One of the suspects in the case is described as a white man in his 30s or 40s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 235 pounds. The other suspect is described as white woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds.
