On March 28, 2009 at approximately 3:10am, an officer with the Horry County Police Department’s Uniform Patrol Division responded to Hardee’s in the Aynor section in Horry County in reference to a man that appeared to have been assaulted.

At the time, the male victim was unable to say what had happened to him. He was transported to Conway Hospital, and eventually was taken by helicopter to MUSC for a head injury.

Officers continued looking into the case, and determined the victim had been assaulted.

Detectives with the Horry County Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division were then called in, and started an investigation.

As a result of the investigation, three people were identified as being involved in the assault.

The victim is currently listed in stable condition.

Those arrested are Tracy Juanita Larrimore, 30, from Tabor City. She's charged with assault and battery with intent to kill.

Penny Tabitha Jordan, 20, also from Tabor City is charged with accessory after the fact of a felony.

Joshua Bryant, 16, from Myrtle Beach is charged with assault and battery with intent to kill.

He turned himself into Horry County police Tuesday afternoon.

Police say he will be charged as an adult.
