Francis Marion University will hold its annual Miss Francis Marion Pageant Thursday.
According to a press release, six female students will contend for the title of Miss Francis Marion University.
The pageant will begin at 7 p.m. in Chapman Auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.
The theme of this year’s pageant is “Moment Like This.” The winner will be determined based on an interview, an opening dance number and the casual and formal wear competitions during the pageant.
This year's contestants are Jessi Driggers of Cheraw, Ashley Van Laethem of Virginia, Felisha Golston of Columbia, Kinsey Byrd of Hartsville, Holly Todd of Loris, and Kristin Stokes of Marion.
