On March 18, 2009, Horry County Police responded to a shooting at the Hot Spot on Red Bluff Road in the Loris Section of Horry County.
Upon arrival, witnesses stated that two unidentified men were engaged in an altercation which resulted in mutual gunfire.
The suspects/victims fled the scene.
A short time later, one of the individuals arrived at the Loris Hospital and the second called EMS from his residence.
The second suspect/victim was transported to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
Both individuals sustained gunshot wounds and were treated.
Detectives and Forensic Investigators responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
