One person died Saturday morning in a car crash just northwest of Loris, according to officers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The driver is identified as 23-year old Loris woman, Natasha Lee Prince, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner, Tony Hendrick.
Troopers say the crash happened just after 7 a.m. on South Carolina Highway 410 about 5 miles northwest of Loris.
Prince was traveling west on 410 when she lost control of the car and ran head-on into a tree, troopers said.
