Four people have been arrested in a shooting that occurred at the Landmark Inn the night of Sunday, May 30, according to releases from the Hartsville Police Department.
Darezno Trevon Graham, 17, of 2624 Marcus Valley Drive, Hartsville, was arrested in Baltimore, Md., Saturday by the U.S. Marshal's Office. Arrangements are being made to bring Graham back to South Carolina.
Gregory Lamont Benjamin, 23, 3117 Silverpine Lane, Darlington, was also arrested by the Hartsville Police Department on Friday.
According to Darlington County Detention Center booking reports, Benjamin is charged with murder, grand larceny, misprision of a felony and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Brittany Shantell Benjamin, 20, of 2624 Marcus Valley Drive, Hartsville, was arrested and also charged with misprision of a felony.
The fourth suspect, Raynard Allen Jenkins, 28, turned himself into police Monday afternoon.
The shooting occurred at around 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, May 30.
Kemp said there was a crowd of people at the hotel, including a group of men playing basketball at a court on the premises.
Witnesses heard an argument, and then gunshots were fired.
According to Darlington County Detention Center booking reports, Graham was granted bond from a shooting in November 2008.
Hartsville police say Graham was charged in November with shooting a man through his home on Eighth Street in Hartsville.
He was charged with assault with intent to kill, and authorities had to search to find him after that incident and later found him in Chesterfield County.
