Conway man charged with felony DUI

66 year old Wayne Moyer of Conway is charged with Felony DUI.

CONWAY- Conway Police arrested a man in connection with an April accident that left one person dead.

According to a press release, Wayne Moyer, 66, of Conway was charged with felony DUI in connection with motor vehicle accident that occurred April 11.

Moyer turned himself in this Wednesday morning without incident to Conway Police.

Police said Moyer was operating a three wheel motorcycle in the 1000 block of Church Street where he was involved in a motor vehicle accident which resulted in the death of the passenger on the motorcycle.

Moyer appeared before Judge Andy Hendrick Wednesday morning for a bond hearing and received a $50,000 personal recognizance bond on this charge.
