Four teens were injured after a one-vehicle accident on Cato Road off of Claussen Road in Florence on Wednesday afternoon.

The driver and all three passengers were taken to area hospitals for treatment of non life-threatening injuries after the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit an embankment, S.C Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins said.

The crash happened about 1:30 p.m. on the unpaved portion of Cato Road.

Collins said the driver was going too fast, lost control of the vehicle and overturned.
