A man was shot several times at the Jiffy Car Wash off U.S. 17 South. North Myrtle Beach Public Safety is looking for the person who shot the man.
The shooting happened on Monday around 1 a.m.
Officers clearing a traffic stop nearby report they heard four to six gunshots fired.
The officers went to the scene of the shooting and found a man on the ground with gunshot wounds in the upper right torso area.
According to police reoprts, the victim was conscious when he was found and treated for his injuries.
The victim told police the person who shot him is a white male who was wearing a mask.
He says he last saw the shooter running south on Madison Avenue in North Myrtle Beach.
