DARLINGTON -- A Lamar youth died Saturday following an accident involving an all terrain vehicle.
Shane Taylor Saverance, 15, of 665 East Lynches River Road, in Lamar, died when the four-wheeler he was driving overturned in a field just off Bo Smith Road near Lamar.
This incident occurred at around 6:45 p.m.. This young man was pronounced dead at the scene by Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee.
This incident is being investigated by the Darlington County Coroner's Office with the assistance of the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
