The News13 Network has learned Dillon County Council will hold a special meeting Friday afternoon to discuss the status of embattled County Administrator Charles Curry.
Council decided to terminate Curry's contract last month, just three months after he took the job. Earlier this week, a county attorney sent Curry a letter saying he was not to use any county property for any purpose other than that of an "ordinary citizen."
Curry insists on showing up to work, saying that he deserves a public hearing about his termination, per state statute.
