County announces 2009 council meetings

The Marion County Council has set the second Tuesday at 9 a.m. and the fourth Thursday at 7 p.m. as their regular scheduled meeting dates. All meetings are held, unless otherwise specified on the agenda, in the City Council Chambers, Marion City Hall, Main Street, Marion.

Dates for upcoming meetings are:

Feb. 10, 9 a.m.; Feb. 26, 7 p.m.

March 10, 9 a.m.; March 26, 7 p.m.

April 14, 9 a.m.; April 23, 7 p.m.

May 12, 9 a.m.; May 28, 7 p.m.

June 9, 9 a.m.; June 25, 7 p.m.

July 14, 9 a.m.; July 23, 7 p.m.

Aug. 11, 9 a.m.; Aug. 27, 7 p.m.

Sept. 8, 9 a.m.; Sept. 24, 7 p.m.

Oct. 13, 9 a.m.; Oct. 22, 7 p.m.
