Three juveniles were arrested Tuesday after police said they stole a car and drove it through a neighborhood while firing shots, Darlington Police Capt. Danny Watson said.

All three suspects were males and were transported to the S.C. Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia, he said.

The incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when police got a call about a car being stolen, he said.

A short while later, police got a call from witnesses who said someone was driving around in the missing vehicle and firing shots out the window.

The vehicle was recovered on Parrott Street, where two of the suspects were arrested. A third suspect was arrested at his home, Watson said.

No one was injured during the crime.
