Lake City Police are investigating a Monday evening shooting that left at least one person injured, Lake City Police Chief Billy Brown said.
It happened at about 7:30 p.m. on Spruce Street.
The victim was shot and was transported to a local hospital.
He is expected to survive his injuries, Brown said.
Police are in the midst of their investigation and are still trying to gather the facts, the chief said.
