LAKE CITY — Lake City City council approved the final reading of a rezoning ordinance for apartments during a recent special meeting.
The ordinance, which passed second and final reading Thursday, rezones a four acre portion of Map 167, District 31 on North Matthews Road from a single-family residential designation to multi-family residential, which allows the construction of a multi-family complex.
The final reading of the ordinance was the only item on the agenda.
