Darlington Police Chief Jay Cox was recently selected as Police Chief of the Year by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Victim Advocate Association.

According to the association’s Web site, it provides a means for victim advocates to gain networking opportunities, training resources, and a forum to discuss common issues and concerns.
