A taxi and a local church’s adult day care van carrying nine passengers were involved in a head-on traffic collision in Mullins Tuesday evening.
According to S.C. Highway Patrol on the scene, the accident occurred on Marion Street between the Palmetto Middle School and Mullins High School.
The driver of the taxicab crossed the centerline and collided with the van. The cab driver along with the nine passengers aboard the van was all taken to a local hospital.
The condition of all involved has not been disclosed and the crash remains under investigation.
