Kingstree police to have annual auction

Several vehicles seized by Kingstree police will be available for purchase by the public Friday during the department’s annual auction.

At least 15 old patrol cars and vehicle seized during crimes will be auctioned off at 6:30 p.m., Kingstree Police Chief Robert Ford said.

Bids will be taken at the Railroad Auction on Kelley Street in Kingstree. All proceeds from the auction will go to the town of Kingstree.
